All orders placed on JokoMart are subject to approval by our administration team. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until they have been reviewed and approved by an admin.
Stock Deduction: Product quantities are only reduced from our inventory after order approval. This ensures accurate stock management and prevents overselling.
Pickup Orders: For pickup orders, customers should wait for confirmation before coming to collect their groceries. Our team will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Payment is required at the time of collection for pickup orders, or upon delivery for delivery orders. We accept cash payments only.
For pickup orders, please ensure you have the exact amount ready as change may not be available.
Orders can be cancelled before approval. Once an order is approved and stock has been allocated, cancellations may not be possible and restocking fees may apply.
